CVARC members and other area amateur radio operators are invited to volunteer for communications support during the upcoming Mountain Creek Mayhem foot race in Gardners, Pennsylvania.
Event: Mountain Creek Mayhem
Location: 1100 Pine Grove Rd, Gardners, PA
Races: 50K, 20-Mile, and Half-Marathon
Organizers are looking for at least 10–12 amateur radio operators to help provide communications coverage at stations along the race routes. Ideally, there will be enough volunteers to place two radio operators at each station.
This will be a multi-club event, with amateur radio operators from several local clubs participating.
