Join us tonight at 7:00 PM for our regular monthly club meeting! We'll be covering the usual club business, with a big focus on finalizing plans for Summer Field Day, June 27–28. Non-members and members of the public are always welcome to attend too!
This year we are setting up at the Cumberland Valley Antique Engine & Machinery Association's Steam Show Grounds (1501 Criders Church Rd, Chambersburg, PA) , in the Twin Bridges area, near Twin Bridges Campground. Field Day is amateur radio's largest on-the-air operating event of the year , a 24-hour exercise where we demonstrate what ham radio can do, and with our field day setups, completely off commercial power. The public is always welcome to stop by during the event to watch, ask questions, or even try a contact themselves.
